My wife and I love Burgen Soy & Linseed bread at home – it doesn’t sit as heavy in the stomach as other breads, and we don’t feel as guilty eating it, in this climate of ‘bread/carbs are bad’

My partner is gluten intolerant and I am not really a bread eater so the only bread we have in the freezer is cheap and cheerful Couplands. Toast is an emergency breakfast for me when I don’t have time to prepare my usual breakfast.
