I would NEVER have picked this up off the shelf without trying it first. I was VERY surprised by the lovely taste – as were the other 5 members of my family, whom I had to fight for the packet!

I would like to try the salted ones. They would make a cook accompaniment to hummus and other dips. Gluten free empty carbs doesn’t make something healthy, just perhaps a better alternative to some others.
