Loved this tasty stock. Made it very easy to make a healthy chicken and veggie soup.
Very flavourful and makes for an easy Thai chicken soup by just following the recipe on the back of the carton. Don’t recommend full strength if you have a sore throat as it is acidic but the flavour is delicious!
The flavor was surprisingly tasty and unique. Used it to make a soup broth and added it to pork and prawn dumplings with udon noodles and bok choy. Definitely enjoyed it. Will love to try other combinations.
