I made the soup recipe on the back of the box. I did add extra water though. The flavours is yum and smells beautiful.

Very flavourful and makes for an easy Thai chicken soup by just following the recipe on the back of the carton. Don’t recommend full strength if you have a sore throat as it is acidic but the flavour is delicious!

The flavor was surprisingly tasty and unique. Used it to make a soup broth and added it to pork and prawn dumplings with udon noodles and bok choy. Definitely enjoyed it. Will love to try other combinations.
