I’m a massive fan of Castello Blue and having little mini wedges is great from an over indulgence perspective (not gonna lie – cheese is my Achille’s heel), but the thing I can’t quite reconcile is the extra waste from packaging. If each was wrapped in something sustainable then they’d probably be on the shopping list on the regular.
