This cheese has strong sharp flavor with very smooth creamy texture
Very creamy, easy to spread on crackers. A savoury flavour rather than sharp. Delicious and very moreish compared to other blue cheeses. Quality right up there with posh french cheeses from Faro.
+ PROS: Creamy, savoury flavour, very moreish and high quality.
- CONS:Absolutely none!

Not a strong blue favour which we enjoyed. Creamy and easy to eat with crackers or great as a sauce.

Tasty, tangy, very smooth but not over poweringly strong. will definitely be getting this product again.
