A mild and creamy blue cheese. Didn’t win over the bleu-averse in my family, but I enjoyed it melted into some gnocchi and (later) atop some crackers. Would be good on a cheeseboard, too.
+ PROS: Creamy texture and mild blue flavour.

I love the texture and taste. Very moorish!
+ PROS: Even family who profess not to like blue vein cheese, love it within a salad.
Love Castello cheese and love blue cheese so was excited to try this. It was fantastic.

Not the biggest fan of blue cheese but this one was very creamy and mild – if I have to opt for blue cheese for a cheese board it would be this one going forward as it’s not as overpowering as others.
+ PROS: Creamy, mild, not overpowering
- CONS:It looked very "blue" which can be a bit off-putting, even though I know it's not a bad thing it was slightly hard to overcome when trying this product. This could be a pro for other people though, depending on likeliness.

What is not to love about this mild blue cheese?! I often buy the stronger tasting blues – but absolutely could not stop eating this milder version. Perfect on warm toast as a makeshift dinner with a glass of wine to wash it down, scoffed the lot before the rest of the family could even get in.
+ PROS: - mild, but still with the traditional blue taste
- lovely creamy texture
- CONS:- none

Not a blue cheese fan and sadly not won over by this mild version
+ PROS: Cute packaging
- CONS:Didn’t like the taste, was very strong for me, though I don’t like blue cheese at all anyhow.
