I think I am in love with this cheese. It is absolutely delicious just on a cracker or by itself. I am planning on trying it with the lamb patties in a burger for this week’s quick dinner. I can already taste it.

We loved this addition to last nights cheese platter! Good strong flavor and the onion was really noticeable- paired perfectly with my homemade relish rosehip paste. Would most definitely add to shopping list as we are White and Blue Costello devotees already and this was a great contrast.

OMG this is my new favourite cheese. Totally delicious and love the strong red onion flavour. Enjoyed them on crackers and then on our lamb burgers for dinner. A great addition to the cheddar cheese. I’ll definitely be buying again!
