Ditto to all those comments. I have been a choysa buyer many many years, even still store it in an old choysa tin. Have already swapped to another brand but would gladly return if things went back.
+ PROS: Still has the choysa taste.
- CONS:Packaging, bags too thin with seal on one side minute, consequently it gives way

We agree with other recent comments. We have enjoyed Choysa Round tea bags for years, but are now thinking of changing because the quality of the tea dropped just before the change of packaging and the new packaging is dreadful. Tea bags break and foil bags are not environmentally friendly. We also seem to go through them faster. Are there fewer tea bags in a pack than before?
+ PROS: None at the moment
- CONS:Quality of tea -often seems like dregs. Tea bags break. If foil not recyclable as others say, why do it? Seems like there are fewer bags per packet. These changes/complaints are recent.

As with others Choysa tea bags are more than useless these days.
Bags are thin and break really easy leaving tea leaves in the bottom of the cup. We use tea bags solely so we don’t get tea leaves in cups!
+ PROS: Tastes nice.
- CONS:Very thin bags that break far too easily.
Tin foil bags in the box, no good for recycling.

Choysa round teabags in my view have been our choice for years. Now they are not our preference. We dont like a mouthful of tealeaves at the bottom of the cup. Several bags are not sealed. And why did you change the packaging the tin foil is worse for recycling than the original wrapping more bloody rubbish.
+ PROS: None
- CONS:Price increase and yukky muck in the mouth

Useless tea bags now, as others are stating they fall apart, up your game or will buy another brand
+ PROS: None at the moment
- CONS:Two silver bags a waste of money, and tea bags are very weak and inferior compared to what they used to be

Extremely disappointed with the new round tea bags. They fall apart.
And what’s with the two separate silver bags? Now the environment has more rubbish to deal with.
Go back to how you packaged them before, just in the box.
+ PROS: Like the new green box 👍
- CONS:I'm switching to Lipton tea until this issue is resolved.

Not impressed with the new tea bags or packaging. When opening the foil type bags there were 6 teabags caught in the crimped seal. When making a cup of tea all you end up with is a pile of tea leaves in the bottom third of the cup, they either come apart from the seams or the bag itself seems to fall apart or dissolve. Been drinking Choysa for years and years but now put off tea altogether. No satisfaction and big waste of money.
+ PROS: Still like the cardboard box
- CONS:Only had 23 cups of tea, out of 100 bags, that I could drink fully, where the leaves actually stayed in the bag.

So disappointed with your teabags at the moment. Since you have put them into 2 separate bags which us a great idea, we have had nothing but bad luck when the bags keep bursting. We have been choysa tea users for years but if these tea bags keep splitting may have to look at going to a different brand. It is costing me double now as we go thru so many bags because of this. Hope you going to be able to fix this matter very soon.
