The new tea bags are very thin, and break spreading tea leaves everywhere. If we wanted tea leaves we would buy them.
Will be changing brands until you go back to a more robust tea bag. 😡
+ PROS: Taste
- CONS:Breaking tea bags

The new tea bags, box and packaging are terrible. The bags are so thin that they keep bursting. If I want tea leaves in my cup I will buy loose tea. After 30 odd years of praising Choysa, I am going to change brands. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. Come on Choysa get your act together and sort this out or you will lose lots more customers.
+ PROS: Was the best tea
- CONS:Now it's lacking taste and the bags split too easily.

I have noticed over the last few weeks a big difference with Choysa tea bags. The new teabags appear to be much thinner and have to make two or three cups of tea to get a decent cup.
Regrettably I am now buying a different brand of tea after using Choysa for close on 50 years.
+ PROS: I do like the round teabags.
- CONS:I don't like little bits of tea leaves all through my cup of tea and the waste associated with having to make several cups of tea to get one decent cup.

Have been drinking choisa over 20 years, and now the bags have changed to a much thinner material. At least every one in 3 cups end up full of loose tea leafs which ruins the drink…..not impressed. Rating would have been a 4 but for this.
+ PROS: Brew quickly great taste.
- CONS:1 in 3 cups ends up full of loose leafs due to poor quality of new bag material.

I’m abit disappointed with the new box package, once you unzip the box it will never close up again, and all the tinfoil bags that has the tea bags in are a waste of time and more packaging to throw out. Since this new box came out choysa has gotten slack with their product, not two (2) teabags to tear apart, now it’s four (4) teabags to tear apart after you unravelled the crunched up bags.
+ PROS: Bring back the original box please, at lease you can close the lid and the teabags are in twos (2) which were packed perfectly, not one teabag was crunched up.
