I first found cliff bars several years ago when doing cycling events – stocked in bike stores. However I have not been doing cycling events in the last few years so have not purchased energy bars. I have seen them in my local supermarket.

I find the peanut butter and banana tasted abit odd, personally i’d prefer the chocolate one, but I only get energy bars when I go to the gym. I think I will try to get the chocolate flavour one next time at New World.

I don’t normally like these sorts of bars. I have had frooze bar and I really hate the texture of it. Clif bar has a nice texture and is quite tasty. I get very hungry at work late afternoon and this was a perfect energy booster right before the gym.
