New zealand’s favourite branded pavlova for over 40 years. Cowells pavlovas are gluten free, crisp outside, soft inside, with a vanilla flavoured marshmallow centre that just melts in your mouth.
Will serve 10-12 slices.
Decorate with whipped cream and a tart fruit such as strawberries or raspberries, or perhaps more traditionally with kiwifruit and passionfruit.
Or let your imagination run riot with chocolate shavings, hundreds and thousands, hazelnuts.
Keep the pavlova in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, or for longer term storage it can be frozen in the original packaging, and it takes about half an hour to thaw at room temperature. The rpet dome and base can be re-used as an airtight container to store leftovers.
