Loved it. Sometimes I get so busy with the kids I rush out the door and forget to eat. I grabbed my Black Box sample for lunch in the middle of the school holidays and I was perfect. There was more in there than I was expecting and although it was unsweetened it was really yum. Loved the crunchy granola and I always struggle to get enough protein in my diet, so this is going to be a permanent addition to the weekly grocery shop.

The yogurt is great as a butter or oil substitute for filo pastry – choose a filling either savoury or sweet – wrap in up as a parcel and sprinkle over muesli – bake in oven til golen
