Love my Mozzarella, has a light flavor that provided some refreshing delicate taste to bruschetta with tomato, basil S&P on toasted ciabatta. yum. Also goes well with chunks on a margherita pizza.
+ PROS: versatile

Plain flavour, hence why you need to add salt and pepper. Melt it over ciabatta bread with tomato, basil, and a truckload of prosciutto. Best. Sandwich. Ever.
Good size and easy to use in a dish. Made a tomato-based pasta and sliced thin to melt within the sauce while cooking, and cut bigger slices to garnish.
- CONS:- Could be more flavoursome to add some edge

Yummy melted on wholemeal sourdeal with fresh tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil – easy breakfast
+ PROS: Good price, easy to slice, tasty, melts nicely
- CONS:Quite mild but that's what the oil, basil and salt grinder is for

Delicious and gooey with a mild flavour. Made pizzas and this is the first time I’ve used this type of mozzarella. So much nicer than the grated one I normally use.
+ PROS: Gooey and spreads well when heated.
A mild taste.
- CONS:None.

Absolutely delicious. We prepared on a ciabatta with tomorrow, spinach and basil and popped it in the air fryer. Added Olive oil and had it from brunch. Great value for a delicious piece of cheese. We even had some left over for pasta later. Highly recommend
