We are not herbal tea drinkers but tried the drink and found it pleasant in aroma and taste. I don’t like sarsparilla and found it tolerable. Don’t know if it helped with sleep as we are in the midst of sleep regression with the little one.

Had a cup before bed. Certainly could taste herbs and smell aroma as drinking. Was easy to drink, when retired for bed felt relaxed and actually had a good nights sleep, would definitely buy again.
