I have only really purchased bliss ball in the past as a quick “healthier” snack. Although if I was to make them at home I would be more inclined to get the ingredients myself to ensure the most natural product. However I would still recommend to people who aren’t as keen to put in the extra effort and still want a healthier alternative

I have already purchased another box! the kids loved making it and it is great as a ‘nut free’ snack for school which the kids love

I found this product very annoying. A bliss ball by definition almost never contains wheat or oat products. It is supposed to be made from fruit and nuts and little else. The fact it was primarily oat and wheat annoyed me so did getting the blender out to make something I don’t identify with as being a healthy product. All in all, I think this is a terrible idea and true bill ball consumers will as well.

I found them no nicer than premade balls and for the extra work not worth it as I often get these balls as a snack on the run

I enjoyed this as a quick way to make bliss balls instead of making my own homemade museli balls. This was much quicker.
