This was very difficult to make without a food processer. I tried a couple of different blenders and got there in the end with some elbow grease. But the result wasn’t worth the effort

They wouldn’t stay in a ball shape for me so we pressed the mixture into a slice. Apart from that the taste was delicious.

They were very crumbly and I didn’t think they’d work but they set well. I like my homemade bliss balls more but my husband thinks they’re too full of coconut and liked these more. I’d like them to be free of traces of nuts so I can give them to my son.
