Nice cookies, prefect ratio of chocolate to apricot and pistachio, they were a bit crumblier than I prefer but had a real home baked taste.

Out of the 3 flavours I’ve tried these are my least favourite, not to say they aren’t tasty! I found a lot of the biscuits misshaped/broken in this flavour. They were also more crumbly/dry. They do taste home made – but I’ll be sticking to the other flavours!

Really lovely flavours. Feels like an old fashioned biscuit made by Mum from the Edmonds recipe book. A little crumbly, but maybe this just adds to the good old fashioned biscuit feeling?
