Exotic red curry paste is an authentic thai curry – is also gluten free & suitable for vegetarians. Serving suggestions (4 people): 1 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp exotic curry paste, 1x 400ml coconut milk (or cream), 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp fish sauce. Method: heat pan with oil and add curry paste, stir until fragrant. Add coconut milk/cream, stir and combine then reduce to a simmer. Add your choice of vegetables or meat, simmer for about 3-5min. Add brown sugar and fish sauce. Cook until meat cooked through approximately 8-10mins. Season to taste and serve over rice or exotic rice noodle 5mm.
