My kids’ eyes lit up when they saw ALL the packs of gum (they aren’t usually allowed gum). They liked it initially but then the flavour went quite artificial-tasting and they no longer liked it.

I very rarely chew gum but I enjoyed the taste of this. The flavour soon disappears from the gum but stays in your mouth. I guess we got so many as the best before date was so close and it is now past it. I know it is still safe after that date.
