Onions are MONGRELS. Even when you cut them, you’re the one that ends up crying. So we SEARED THE BEGEEZUS out of them until they could no longer hurt anyone. Now they have a much sweeter disposition.

A staple in my house. We use it all the time on pizza instead of a tomato base – spread it on a pizza crust, top with baby spinach, chicken, mozzarella cheese – yum! Very versatile, great flavour, goes a long way
Yum! So far we have used in burgers, both chicken and beef and its been a great addition to the overall flavor. Also add to sandwiches for lunch and used as a side for platters. Super versatile and yummy!
