Onions are MONGRELS. Even when you cut them, you’re the one that ends up crying. So we SEARED THE BEGEEZUS out of them until they could no longer hurt anyone. Now they have a much sweeter disposition.

Really yummy the whole family enjoyed this , even me and I’m not a fan to relishes and condiments. If it wasn’t for black box I would probably have never tried it. Have made it one of the staples to replace once it’s jar has been scraped clean.
This is now a staple in our fridge due to its awesome flavor and being universal in its use. Crackers and cheese, in an omelet or try it with old fashioned cheese on toast, absolutely scrummy.
