These were really great. Sharp raspberry flavor, tinged with sherbet. My 30 year old son demolished the bag before I got to many.

Raspberry layer smelt and tasted ok but its texture was rubbery. The sherbert had zero fizz, zero tang. This is a very basic candy to make, even at home, and it’s amazing that a company with long experience, access to all the magic sugars and gums that home confectioners can’t buy, and all that factory equipment, can do such a bad job.

Couldn’t tell that these had 25% less sugar as they were still very sweet, but we have sweet tooths so this wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend.

Gave a 4 star as love liquorice but will stick to the chocolate filled ones instead though.
