I wasnt to sure if i was going to enjoy these balls…. but i did. They were great i put some flakey pastry around them and served with sweet chilli sauce. I will have to try the cauliflower amaze balls next

Sadly didn’t enjoy these. They sounded amazing but the texture and to me lack of flavour let them down. I think the guar gum is to be blame for the sort of slimy texture. I think if you could get rid of that ingredient and add something like garlic or ginger to give it a kick they would be great.

Never tried a meat substitute before but it was “Amaze Balls”. Not only yummy but healthy! Looking forward to trying other new products.
