These are definitely amazeballs. Great flavour. It did take awhile for family to realise the pink in the middle of the “meatball” didn’t mean it was undercooked haha
Mu husband is always a meat eater but we added some breadcrumbs and blended the meatballs together, made them into “burgers” and with the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese and dressing he did not twig. Great way to get kids to eat vegies to I would imagine if life was a struggle that way in your house hold. To them it would be burger and chips.
