The pack size is quite small and it does not give instructions as to what to do with it. I used it as mince but prefer meat.

This was difficult to make into burgers, as the patties fell apart, even when using binders. The “meat”balls I made went down well with my vegetarian guests. I needed egg to make the “meat”balls bind, so I would probably use it in tacos with my vegan guests.
