Sadly this didn’t go down too well in our household. We made dumplings. Not a great taste.
This was difficult to make into burgers, as the patties fell apart, even when using binders. The “meat”balls I made went down well with my vegetarian guests. I needed egg to make the “meat”balls bind, so I would probably use it in tacos with my vegan guests.
