Pleasantly surprised by this product given I hate mushroom! Would definitely buy again and have since bought one of the burger patties in the range. Such good packaging (although is the Hemp leaf allowed??).

This was my first attempt at a vegetarian mince, or meat substitute. We made a spaghetti bolognaise and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Not too bad for this carnivore.
