Tastes alright but I would not buy. It is better to mix / fry with other products. It does not remind of meat at all but it is eatable, which is more to say as many other similar products do not taste good at all.
Healthy alternative for meat but not for me.

Interesting flavour with the hemp. I found it a bit too soft but my vegan friends loved it. Really easy to use as a mince alternative. We made delicious bao buns with it.
