As a meat fan it was a bit of a hard sell and found the taste would take a bit of getting used to! More recipes/ideas as to what you can do with the product would have been helpful.

This came with a couple of recipes which looked promising. We tried one and found that the mince was difficult to brown as it was quite mushy. Once the dish was put together there was little substance as the mince didn’t have a nice texture to eat and very little flavour. None of the family could eat the dish.
