It was ok and edible. It was very strong in the mushroom flavour department. It tasted and felt a lot like mushrooms that had gone through the mincer and didn’t cook very well as ‘mince’ – it became quite clunky in the pan. We cooked ours as Spag Bol and it didn’t go down well with our vegetarian kid. Perhaps if we cooked as a shepards pie or something we may have had better luck?
