We sliced in half, bbq’d and then ate…. we often have ideas of adding to salads etc and sometimes get close. But our preferred way is by itself. This brand delivered the squeak, texture and density to have the highnotes hit. Will buy this again.
So yummy! Grilled up lovely to eat with fresh tomatoes or other salad veges. Great texture and “squeak”. It looks like a small pack but actually pretty generous. Made two lunches where it was the main ingredient so totally could have been shared over more people.

- CONS:Not a type of cheese to eat by itself. By its nature halloumi is salty so it needs something to balance that out.
