Fresh As Panna Cotta Tropical

I was really excited when I saw this product and looking forward to making it for a dinner party. The first thing I will say is I am glad I prepared a packet in a trial run before serving it to guests. Perhaps my expectations were too high but the first disappointment was the flavour , it was closely followed by the texture which was gritty and cloying and flavours not authentic. I prepared everything as per instruction and I guess to give the product a fair go, I will make up another lot just in case hit a bad batch, fingers crossed the next lot is different .
