Cauliflower can come in whte, green and purple varities, all are a good source of vitamin c and a source of vitamin k and folate. One serving of cauliflower (75g) contains more than an adult’s daily requirement for vitamin c.
You can eat cauliflower raw or lightly cooked for salads, make into pickles, add to soups, braises and stir fries. Serve steamed or boiled with a white or cheese sauce.
