I think we’ve been spoiled with authentic sourdough breads from local bakeries and the natural flavours of sourdough. A ‘factory’ processed version just doesn’t taste right and the mix of wholemeal doesn’t give it an authentic flavour. I prefer the plain sourdough from Freya’s.
