We really enjoyed this fresh and tasty bread. I have never seen it before and as we all love sourdough bread, we were really excited to learn where to buy it. I enjoyed it fresh, and then toasted after a day or so. I kept it simple with only Tomato, salt and pepper as the filling. Delish!!!!

Lovely soft bread, beautiful toasted but not so keen on it fresh as crust has slightly acidic flavour.
