As a german national, I was excited at the prospect of this bread, but was disappointed to find a very white bread that was almost ‘gluggy’ in texture and practically tasteless.

Couldn’t find anything negative about this product. The sourdough taste was there and (for those like me who enjoy it), it was delicious. The bread was nice and soft, the crust done well. A good job all round.
