Garnier micellar oil-infused cleansing water has created a new generation of cleansing in a biphase formula, enriched with micelles and argan oil to cleanse and remove make-up. This is my go to Micellar. I have found it’s the only one that will take my Waterproof Mascara off.
I feel it removes about 90% of my make up, I do wash after with a Cleanser and find a small amount of Foundation residue is still there.
