A go to for sports people in family. Replenishes the electrolytes and energy after a game. Like flavour. Well priced.

+ PROS: Gives the much needed pick me up after exercise. Flavour okay. Good sized drink. Good price. Can reuse as water bottle when empty. Fully recyclable packaging.
- CONS: 1.5 star health rating. Very high sugar and sodium levels per serving.
