These are pretty darned good. My dietician put me onto these as I seem to react to many other GF breads.
Wow, they allow me to eat a burger with the rest of the family. The buns are pretty dry but what I found works to improve flavour and texture is to ‘fry’ the bun on the stove in a frying pan whilst I am frying a meat patty or chicken patty.
These have been a game changer for me. Being coeliac we suffer enough but I have many other food chemical intolerences and issues so these are amazing.
+ PROS: Great taste.
Great texture - a bit 'hard' but easily solved if warmed up.
I am able to eat a burger again! yay
- CONS:A bit dry and hard but the best out there in terms of flavour.
