Our family loves these Golden Crumpets. Great for a after school snack for the kids who enjoy them with honey, peanut butter or just butter. They are also great as an alternative to bread with some tuna and cheese.

We love crumpets in our house so it was a bonus to get a packet in our box. We usually enjoy them along side a good soup and if there’s any left over after the soup is finished hubby will clean them off with some jam.

Crumpets are delightful any time of the day or night during the colder months and are a great snack for kids.
Sometimes you can jazz them up from the ordinary spreads by making them like wee pizzas and putting them in the oven. I find they can get stuck in the toaster by kids who then can’t get them out easily.
