I beg to differ, Guys. I tried crumpet toast for the first time yesterday. It tasted like stale gluten-free bread to me. Not at all palatable. Enjoy some real crumpets instead.
Delicious crumpets, we buy them every time we go shopping, perfect for brekky

I’m picky when it comes to crumpets. REALLY picky. My Grandma in back in UK used to make them from scratch and we’d enjoy them toasted with butter as kids.
These take me back 35 years or more! These crisp nicely on the outside, and the butter melts through to the middle and pools inside deliciously. The mark of a good crumpet is that if you bite through it butter will dribble down your chin. It does with these!
Now my son’s go-to for breakfast or after school.

Our whole family loves these crumpets, all of us have a different level of acceptance in regards to how toasted they are, but we all agree that keeping it simple with just butter is the best way to enjoy them 🤩

Love the golden crumpets. They are great with either sweet of savoury. I don;t like to cook them that much so like the bottom a bit more toasted than the top.Great with poached eggs. I like to buy the square ones as they are a bit bigger.

I love this toasted with honey and butter or a bit of raspberry jam.
Can put it in the fridge or freezer too.

Taste great with jam. Have to keep them in the fridge though as they go mouldy quickly if left in cupboard. Also not very filling so need to eat about 3 to be satisfied:)
