This stuff is the bomb. I coat thick steaks with it, smoked with cherry and olive wood til 51°C internal, rest for half an hour, apply Rum & Que Umami Butter, then reverse sear over roaring hot lump charcoal, approx 100 seconds a side/edge. Serve with roasted garlic cloves smeared over the top with a green salad. Kick arse!
