Organic soba is a medium flat noodle with brown colouring. It is brought about by the inclusion of buckwheat flour. This adds a wonderful nutty taste & texture that works well whether dipped cold into a simple dipping sauce or a more elaborate hot dish.

Really enjoyed these in our stir-fry. We find that some noodles are too thick or can lack distinct flavour. These had a nice flavour to them which enhanced our meal.
Cook super fast – dropped into boiling water for 2min, drained then added to our stir-fry for the remaining 5min of cooking and they were perfect.

These were nice enough BUT I was stupid enough not to read that they contain wheat as well and I am coeliac. The taste was good though and I liked it but the family absolutely hated it and they said the taste spoilt their entire meal. We had to order take out.
I on the other hand enjoy the taste of buckwheat.
+ PROS: Love the packaging externally and love that the noodles are held together with paper as well so easy to portion out.
