Not as good as a regular scone mix but if you were looking for a travelling mix, vegan etc, then ok, but expensive option overall.

Convenient I guess but really not worth the money. Don’t know if it was my cooking or the mixture but definitely a bit doughy
+ PROS: None reayy
- CONS:Price and consistency

Were I vegan perhaps I would have liked this. As it was, I used regular cheese, even added a bit extra but it didn’t help much. The scones were crisp on the outside and not terrible straight from the oven. But they were very doughy and not good at all once cooled or reheated. I used the oatmilk from my Farro blackbox, maybe would have been better with regular milk? Though that would not help with the texture. It was easy to make but not that much easier than scratch so I definitely would not buy
- CONS:Expensive especially when so easy to make the dough from scratch

The idea of a premix is excellent, and appreciate the fact that it is organic and trying to cater for a range of consumers. I added tasty cheese, oat milk and parsley. I had to add more milk to get a dough. For a savoury scone, perhaps a suggestion of some salt to bring out the flavours. Odd crumbly texture.

Unfortunately not great, I made mine savoury adding cheese, they were definitely not light and flakey. They were more like a rock cake texture.
For a gluten free mix it was pretty good, it did rise and crisp up on top, but not a light and fluffy as my lemonade and cream scones, and a lot pricier!
+ PROS: Good mix for gluten free scone - (most are quote stodgy)
- CONS:Expensive
Not very light and fluffy

Rock cakes or scones!! Tasted good but they were rather flat. Have made much more successful scones from basic ingredients in pantry which for a non vegan non allergic person are fine and way cheaper!
+ PROS: The scones were very light and fluffy. I added dates to mine and they were delicious. A quick 20sec in the microwave and they were great a day later too.
- CONS:Unfortunately the price is really high for 8 scones. This will need to be a special treat only for me.
