Any paper towel that doesn’t disintegrate when mopping up spills keeps me happy. In past experiences, the cheaper or homebrand type ones don’t live up to my expectations. Amongst the brands that do, I tend to buy whichever is on sale/cheapest at the time so often cycle between Handee & Tuffy
