Love this product, it’s just as it says it is in the description. Only now finding it extremely difficult to find, I last bought a box of 8 packets direct from Hansel’s now I need some more, but have noticed that even they are out of stock, I would like to know when the product will be available again
+ PROS: Works well in my Breville verticle waffle maker, very quick and easy to produce mouth watering waffles.
- CONS:Difficult to get.

Love this product though it can be hard to find in “Colesworth” supermarkets.
I follow instructions & add a little rice bran oil and it makes exactly 4 large waffles in my Breville electric waffle machine. Perfect!
+ PROS: Quick & Easy, golden & fluffy inside-a favorite weekend breakfast with maple syrup & fruit
- CONS:Not carried by all supermarkets, even when they have other Hansell items like pana cotta & crime brûlée- also very good.

The claim is that the sachet of Hansells Chefs Kitchen Waffle Mix Belgian Style makes 5 waffles is deceitful and misleading. I bought a Cuisinart Vertical Waffle Maker machine which makes round waffles on the smallish side compared to commercially made waffles. I got only 2 waffles out of the sachet of the aforementioned mixture!!! I complained to Hansells but they replied insisting that their mixture makes “approximately 5 standard sized waffles.” I have no idea what waffle maker they used to reach this conclusion but all I know is that there is no waffle maker in the market that produces waffles smaller than the Cuisinart Vertical Waffle Maker to the best of my knowledge.
+ PROS: Produces light and fluffy waffles that taste good
- CONS:Deceitful and misleading claim regarding how many waffles will be made from a sachet of their product
