I prefer to buy the larger pack of oats and make it myself. While I like the convenience of the sachet it is a far more expensive way to eat oats and the various flavours are packed with sugar (they are delicious but kid of defeats the reason why I eat oats!)

I prefer to buy big bags of oats. I’m not a fan of flavoured porridge at all and found these too sweet. In saying that, my husband loved them!
