“Tastes like strawberry” – my partner.

You could definitely taste the strawberry in this one. For those of us less inclined towards the flavour a little bit of brown sugar helped.

Delicious and warming for a cold winters day

+ PROS: Strawberry flavour is just right - not too overpowering and compliments the creamy taste of oats. Package is really nifty. I enjoyed being able to pour the milk into the bag instead of dirtying up a measuring cup. Really easy to make. Pop everything in a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Perfect serving size.
- CONS: Initial texture is a bit gritty, but leaving it to sit for awhile softens it up!

Nice, tasty, warming breakfast that’s quick to prep.

+ PROS: Very quick prep compared to homemade porridge The bits of strawberry are nice, and steer it away from “strawberry milkshake” territory Slightly small portion for me, could be ideal for those not used to porridge in the morning. Or a small amount of fruit on top would be the perfect serve for me, and a great breakfast.
- CONS: Smelled like strawberry milkshake to start! Small sachet, I could have had a few more spoonfuls. Texture like warm Bircher muesli to start- definitely edible but not the creamy porridge texture. By the end of the bowl this was getting softer so could be left to sit- the temperature was just right though so I wouldn’t leave it sitting, seems like it would need reheated.
