An intensely rich apple flavour with a dry finish makes this stand-out from the many other “scrumpy” style ciders. Pours a clear, pale golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out medium apple sweetness, with a little farmhouse funk, and some light tannins.
Flavour is quite sweet for a scrumpy, with very little farmhouse character, with medium sweet apples.”
