I had a friend drink this as I’m breastfeeding still and not suitable. I think anything that adds a bit of flavour to water and can get fluid intake up is good additional vitamins a bonus.

I feel ‘VitC’ is a marketing ploy, it’s not quantified. I love the taste of this ‘Be Well’ tea. I take high dose Vc when sick, so this feels minimal and won’t have any effect. I’ll still take additional VitC to this tea.

I enjoyed this tea, great for a winter pick me up! I thought the flavor was enjoyable and not too strong in taste, I would love to try other variations with different vitamins, especially for winter.
