Perfect timing! This came when I was hit with a particularly bad flu, and not sure if it was a placebo effect or not, but I DID feel better after consuming it! It also had a lovely flavor, which helped a ton on e I could smell and taste again!

Not sure if placebo effect, but I avoided a nasty bug. Just 1 cup per day for 3 days and consumed extra vitamin c also. Box said not safe for breastfeeding, so I stuck to 1 cup per day. No ill effects from my breastfed toddler noticed.
